White Bean Dip

Creamy Bean Dip made with vegetables, fresh herbs and roasted garlic served with Crudite and Crostinis"

Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) Can of any White Bean
1 Carrot, 1 Celery Stalk, 1 Small Onion Chopped
2 Cups Chicken Broth
5 Roasted Garlic Cloves and 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Oil
1/2 of Roasted Red Pepper
1 tbsp minced Shallot
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp hot sauce
large bunch of Fresh Basil
salt/pepper to taste


Instructions

Boil Beans, Carrot, Celery and Onion in Broth until liquid is evaporated. Put in Mix with remaining ingredients except salt/pepper. Blend until creamy and taste for seasoning
