Appetizer to be used with crackers and served at a cocktail party, dinner party, or anytime a group is getting together to have a fun time."
Ingredients
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 cup of "peach" preserves
2 large finely diced jalapeño peppers with seeds removed
½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Place block of cheese on a nice serving dish with at least 1/2" sides.
Mix peach preserves, diced peppers, and pecans well. Then pour this mixture over the cream cheese.
Lay out a nice variety of crackers and a canape knife to serve spread with.
Everyone will say that it is "Just Peachy" delicious.
