Sausage, mozzarella and roasted peppers wrapped in puff pastry. Served as an hors d’oeuvres "

Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry
2 links of sausage any type
5 oz. shredded mozzarella
5 oz. roasted red peppers
1 egg


Instructions

Bake, or grill sausage till cooked, once cooled take a knife and open up sausage and stuffed roasted peppers and mozzarella into opened sausage.
Place sausage in puff pastry. Egg wash puff pastry, and roll up sausage to in case it. Chill sausage rolls, after one hour take out and cut them into appetizer pieces, one to one and half ounce.
Place them on a sheet pan, bake at 350 degree for ten minutes or until pastry is browned.
