Ingredients

whole mushrooms
8 oz. gorgonzola cheese,a bunch of fresh basil italian sweet or hot or both saugage

Instructions

pan seer italian sauage just till brown. drain access, put in a bowl set aside. then cut stemms off of mushrooms, grade cheese, and chop basil. put sauage and cheese and basil in mushroom place on cookie sheet with tinfoil then bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 mins. take out and pop in your mouth. yummy
