Mango Deviled Eggs

A spicy-sweet recipe to rev up the old standard deviled eggs."


One dozen eggs
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp mango chutney chopped fine
1 to 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Paprika for garnish


Hard boil eggs, cool and cut in half.
Remove yolk and mash in a medium sized bowl.
Add curry powder and chutney. Blend.
Starting with 1 tbl, add enough mayonnaise to create a spreadable consistency.
Using a teaspoon or piping bag, fill egg with mango filling.
Garnish with sprinkled paprika. Chill thoroughly before serving.
