Ingredients

8oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp bacon bits
1/4 cup shredded Colby-jack cheese
1/4 cup lump crab meat or imitation crabmeat
3 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
12 cremini mushrooms or white button mushrooms, washed and stems removed
1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350
In your Cuisinart mixer place cream cheese, bacon bits, Colby-jack cheese, crab meat, and onion. Mix well.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Place in casserole dish and bake for about 10-15 min. Spoon Alfredo Sauce over mushrooms and bake for 5 minuets until heated through.
