Jamaican shrimp dip

INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb shrimp
8oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp softened butter
1/4 tsp granulated onion
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
1 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp spicy Jamaican jerk barbecue sauce (Walkerswood is good)
Crackers or vegetable sticks
Instructions
Mince the shrimp in your food processor. Set aside.
Blend cream cheese in your Cuisinart stand mixer until soft. Then add butter and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients, except for the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Line a small bowl with plastic wrap, and then fill with dip. Place in the fridge, until firm.
Once firm, invert over onto serving plate and pour the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over molded dip.
Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks
