Avacado Cold SoupUser Submitted Recipe
6 Very Ripe fist size avacadoes; any kind is OK.
48 ounces of half and half.
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Scoop the avocado pulp into a mixing bowl.
Add light cream.
Using a Cuisinart stick blender, puree the avocado and half and half together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve well chilled.
