Italian bread with feta cheese and veggies, and mozzarela cheese."
Ingredients
1 loaf of Italian bread split lengthwise
1 6 ounce package of feta cheese
1 12 ounce package of mozzarella cheese
1 small can of black olives sliced
3 tablespoons of hot pepper rings diced
1 medium yellow onion diced
2 medium tomatos diced
4 tablespoons of butter
garlic powder
Instructions
Slice italian bread lengthwise and spread cut side with butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Dice all veggies and squeeze tomatos in paper towels to remove juice.
Layer veggies on bread and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and top with mozarella cheese.
Set oven to 375 and cook on cookie sheet until bread is crispy and cheese is slightly browned (approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Remove and cut with pizza cutter into 8 pieces.
