Italian Sausage Balls

A fun appetizer that will be popular at home or at a potluck."


3/4 cup oat flour
3/4 cup baking mix
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2/3 pound sweet Italian sausage


In large bowl whisk the dry ingredients. Add sausage and cheese mix gently until well mixed.

Roll into 1 "balls place on large cookie sheet.

Bake 15-28 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 5 dozen.
