Ricotta Pimento CheeseUser Submitted Recipe
1 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese
8 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
In bowl of food processor add cheddar and Gouda cheese, ricotta, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder and pimento. Pulse until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Serve on toast rounds or crackers topped with pecans.
