Cuisinart® Green Gourmet® Tri-ply Stainless features a PTFE- and PFOA-free Cuisinart Ceramica® nonstick surface for healthy cooking. The petroleum-free ceramic-based nonstick interior also helps to reduce oil consumption and preserve the environment. The packaging is made from 100% recycled materials and is printed with soy ink.
