Phyllo Crusted Baked Salmon




Phyllo dough Fish Favorite cheese Fresh spinach Honey mustard salad dressing (I use Ken's)


Unfold phyllo dough and place under clean, wet dishcloth. Season your salmon (or fish of your choice). Layer baking sheet with phyllo dough, several sheets at a time, brush with olive oil, or butter. Layer first salmon, then fresh spinach, then cheese. Don't be skimpy. Begin to fold the the assembled ingredients as if you were wrapping a gift. When finished, turn it over so all seams are underneath. Bake in a 400' oven for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with sides of your choice.
