Fish Chowder


Ingredients

2 lbs cod or haddock fillets
4 potatoes, peeled & diced 1/2"
1 bay leaf
2 tsp salt
2tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped celery leaves
3 onions, sliced
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp dried dill seed
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups boiling water
2 cups light cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F
Place all ingredients, except light cream in a large casserole dish. Bake x 1 hour. Scald cream and add to chowder, stirring to break up the fish.
