Whole Carrots,Tops and all
Pinch of sugar or salt as desired.
Chicken Broth or stock
Place WHOLE Carrots with Salt into boiling Broth (or Water).
Cook until carrots are tender.
Let cool and then put carrots and Broth into Blender.
Puree to your preference.
Add broth & salt as desired.
