Dog Food Potatoes


Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted
1-2 pound bag frozen hash browns
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup sour cream
Bread Crumbs

Instructions

Reserve half the butter. Mix rest of ingredients except bread crumbs and place in well greased casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs with reserved butter, and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate until ready to use. Bake 1 hours and 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
You can ignore the name of the recipe if you wish, they are very good even if your are not a DOG.
