Lentil Salad


Ingredients

1 pkg. steamed lentils
1 pkg. steamed beets
1 cup chopped celery
Pear Gorgonzola salad dressing, to taste

Instructions

Just chop the beets and mix all ingredients together. I just served this salad and it received rave reviews from my guests and prep couldnt be easier. I used my mini Cuisinart to chop the beets and celery!
