Cucumber SaladUser Submitted Recipe
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced paper thin (drain off excess juices in strainer or colander)
5 oz. sweetened condensed milk (about 1/3 of a standard 14 oz. can)
1 - 2 tablespoons of white or cider vinegar (to your preference and taste)
1 tablespoon of dried or fresh chopped dill.
Thoroughly combine all above ingredients, chill in refrigerator overnight or at least an hour prior to serving.
Makes approx. 6 half-cup servings.
