Turkey burgersUser Submitted Recipe
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes or hot asian sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
handful of cilantro
1 tablespoon of milk
1/2 cup of rolled cooked oats or bran flakes
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands. Form into four fat patties.
Place patties on the grill, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.
