1 jar of Dona Maria Mole
1/2 cake of Abuelita Mexican Chocolate
8 whole boneless/skinless chicken breasts
3 cans of swanson chicken broth
rinse chicken breasts under water.
cook in 3 or 4 cups of chicken broth.
get the jar of mole and mix it with some hot broth so that you have gravy consistency.
once the chicken is cooked take out of pot and set aside.
add the mole that you prepared into the pot of chicken broth along with 1/2 the chocolate.
mix until all dissolved and it is a little thick. now add the chicken and simmer for a while. salt to taste. serve with rice and tortillas.
