2 Boneless Chick Breasts cut into pieces
Sleeve of saltine crackers crushed and mixed with 1 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 Cup white wine (what you serve at dinner) or 1/2 Cup chicken bouillon
Non-stick frying heating with mixture of butter and oil.
Wet chicken with water and roll in crackers and lightly fry turning once - when golden put in oven dish. When all chicken cooked and golden and in oven dish put wine or bouillon into fry pan and scrape off all saltines and put on top of chicken in oven dish. Bake lightly tented with foil in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve with Near East Rice Pilaf and fresh cooked beets. Delicious!!!
