Juicy Bratwurst in BeerUser Submitted Recipe
24 oz. beer,
2 medium onions,sliced;
2 green peppers, sliced;
6 hoagie rolls, mustard, horseradish
Pour beer into saucepan and add bratwurst, cook 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, pierce bratwurst to get more flavor.
Place a foil sheet on the grill and cook onions and peppers until hot and lightly browned.
Grill bratwurst until lightly browned. Remove and place on hoagie rolls. Top with onion and peppers. Add your favorite spices, my family like yellow mustard, ketchup and horseradish sauce.
