Tofu Dinner


1 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup sweet potato purée
1/2 cup tofu, cubed
2 tablespoons green vegetable purée
1/4 cup avocado pulp


Place all ingredients in work bowl of Cuisinart® food processor fitted with metal chopping blade. Process to desired consistency. For the smoothest consistency, add breast milk or formula as desired.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.


Makes about twelve 1-ounce servings
