Prep
Place fish in a steamer basket to fit a 3- to 4-quart saucepan filled with one inch of water. Place a tight fitting lid on pan and place over high heat. When liquid comes to a boil turn heat down to medium. Steam fish for 15 minutes, until completely cooked through.
Place fish in the Cuisinart® food processor fitted with the metal chopping blade. Pulse for ground and process for a finer ground. For a smoother purée, process with cooking liquid until the desired consistency is achieved.
