Healthy Pancakes for Baby


2 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg
1 cup almond milk or water
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup chick pea flour
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. fine granule sea salt


In food processor bowl lace egg, oils and milk mix by pulsing a few times turn off. Add remaining ingredients and process until blended but not totally smooth.
Cook on preheated griddle (350-375F)

Makes 12 pancakes
