1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mash banana in bowl. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and butter and mix well. Using an ice cream scoop, place batter onto non stick hot griddle and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook and additional 3-5 minutes. Serve with syrup.
