Cuisinart is expanding its line of high performance coffeemakers with the company’s largest capacity model to date – the Brew Central® 14-cup Programmable Coffeemaker

(DCC-2200). The Brew Central yields up to 14.5-ounce cups of fresh, flavorful coffee.

“Our market research reveals that consumers are looking for a multi-faceted coffeemaker with increased capacity,” says Mary Rodgers, Director of Marketing Communications for Cuisinart. “The new Brew Central unit blends innovative styling with precise technology to offer consumers the ultimate coffee experience. With its 14-cup capacity, the coffeemaker is versatile enough for everything from entertaining to big family breakfasts.”

         Convenience:

The Brew Central has a host of convenience features that turn coffee-making into an effortless process. The coffeemaker allows the consumer to program brewing time up to 24 hours in advance, and a 60-second reset button “remembers” settings and where it was in the brewing process. 

Cuisinart’s new coffeemaker is also fully automatic with a self-clean function and a shut-off feature. An audible “beep” tone signals when the brewing cycle is complete. 

            Flexibility:

The Brew Central has a one to four-cup selection button that provides the consumer with the option of brewing smaller amounts of coffee if desired. It also has a Brew Pause™ feature, which delivers a single cup before the coffee has finished the complete brewing cycle.
