Cuisinart® Expands Its MultiClad Stainless Cookware Collection

Cuisinart, a leading producer of kitchen electrics and professional quality cookware, has expanded its MultiClad Stainless cookware line. The collection now offers consumers a broader range of cooking options with several new pieces in the line, including a 10 ½-inch and 12 ½-inch Stir Fry Pan, 10-inch and 12 ½-inch Braiser and several Sauteuses. A 12-inch Round Grill Pan and a 3-piece Pasta Set round out the line.
The MultiClad Stainless Cookware Collection features a triple-ply construction of the finest quality materialsa core of pure aluminum that is bonded to a highly polished stainless interior and brushed stainless exterior. The aluminum core delivers superior heat conductivity, while the premium 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is both non-reactive and stick-resistant.
