Cuisinart Commercial Quality Ice Cream & Gelato Maker

Cuisinart’s new 1½ quart Ice Cream and Gelato Maker allows consumers to easily prepare of gelato or ice cream using two unique mixing paddles. The unit is fully automatic with a commercial-style compressor and 60-minute countdown timer, and is designed with touchpad controls and a blue LCD readout. The ice cream and gelato maker also has a transparent lid with mix-in opening for ease of use, and a new Keep Cool function that automatically activates when preparation time is up.
